Please note that a signed waiver must be presented
before a rider packet may be released.

If you are picking up a packet for another person, they should download a waiver, sign it and give it to you. You will need to present their signed waiver in order to get their packet.

Volunteers may not release a rider packet without receiving a signed waiver for that rider.
