What's a packet?

Before the ride,

every registered rider

gets a packet of stuff,

including their ride number,

important route information,

t-shirt, discount coupons and more.

So...when and where do I get my packet?

You can get your rider packet before the ride by visiting one of our pre-event packet pick-up/registration locations.

You can also get your ride packet the morning of the ride at Dallas City Hall beginning at 630am.

We are at each packet pick-up location exclusively on the day and time listed.

*Please note that in order to get your packet, we MUST have a signed waiver. Waivers are available at our website and/or at the packet pick-up locations. If you are picking up packets for any other riders, you MUST bring their signed waiver with you. Packets will not be released without a signed waiver. To get a waiver click here.
